A Luxury Transformational Retreat
Seven days to step outside the noise, stop performing the life you have built, and listen for what is asking to come next.
Apply HereThis is not just a trip. It is a return.
There comes a moment when the life you built no longer feels like the whole story.
You may have become very good at being capable, useful, responsible, and the person everyone can count on.
Those strengths may have carried you a long way.
But there is a difference between building a life and constantly performing one.
There is a difference between being responsible and being so practiced at holding everything together that you can no longer hear what you actually want.
For seven days, the pace changes. The environment changes. The questions change.
A small group of women will gather in the Masai Mara to listen, reflect, reconnect with their bodies, and make room for what may have been waiting beneath the noise.
Who this retreat is for.
This retreat is designed for women who have built full lives and are ready for enough space to hear themselves clearly again.
- You are tired of being the person who holds everything together and want to know who you are when you are not managing everyone else's experience.
- You have been circling the same decision, desire, transition, or next chapter and want space to meet it honestly.
- You can feel that something in your life wants to expand, but your current pace makes it difficult to hear what that is.
- You want an intimate, luxury experience rather than a crowded group tour or surface-level retreat.
- You are willing to examine where you may still be performing, protecting, over-functioning, or choosing from an old version of yourself.
- You are ready to give yourself some of the care, space, and attention you have spent years giving everyone else.
You do not need to arrive with the answer. You need enough willingness to hear what is true when you finally have room to listen.
When you stop performing, you can hear yourself again.
This retreat creates enough distance from daily life to notice the patterns that have been choosing for you and reconnect with the part of you that already knows what matters.
Step out of constant urgency and remember what it feels like to move through your life without everything being an emergency.
Notice where you have been shaping yourself around expectations and return to what feels honest, alive, and yours.
Create enough quiet to hear the desires, decisions, and truths that have been getting drowned out.
Practice allowing support, nourishment, beauty, rest, and care without needing to earn them first.
Loosen the need to force the answer and become more available for what reflection, experience, and truth reveal.
What You Will Experience
Every element has been chosen to create the conditions for presence, perspective, reflection, nourishment, and meaningful change.
Daily Game Drives
Daily immersion in the wild, led by Donald Young across the Masai Mara. The scale and rhythm of the landscape create room for perspective that is difficult to access inside ordinary life.
An Intimate Group
Limited to ten to twelve women so every guest has room to participate, reflect, be known, and experience the depth of a genuinely intimate retreat.
Coaching and Reflection
Group coaching with Jenn centered on identity, old patterns, self-trust, desire, transition, and the practice of staying connected to yourself while something in your life is changing.
Morning Yoga and Grounding
Gentle yoga, meditation, and grounding practices guided by Tara Middleton to help you begin each day present in your body rather than immediately returning to performance and thought.
Chef-Prepared Meals
Thoughtfully prepared, Ayurvedic-inspired meals using local and seasonal ingredients whenever possible. Nourishment is part of the experience, not something you have to earn after everything else is done.
Sacred Land and Wildlife
The stillness of the Masai Mara creates space to hear what daily life often drowns out. The land, wildlife, and pace of the experience become part of the retreat itself.
Sometimes the next chapter does not need to be forced. It needs enough quiet to finally be heard.

Relationship and Identity Coach
Jennifer Wolfe
Jenn holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and has spent more than a decade helping women understand the patterns shaping love, identity, self-trust, and the way they move through change.
Her body of work, Staying in the Ring, is built around a simple practice: learning to remain connected to yourself when something important feels uncertain, rather than automatically performing, controlling, chasing, withdrawing, or abandoning what you know.
During the retreat, Jenn leads the core coaching sessions and helps each woman explore what becomes possible when the old pattern is no longer making every decision.
