01

How Coaching Works

Jenn's coaching is personalized and focused on what happens when love, closeness, rejection, conflict, or uncertainty activates an old pattern. The work helps you recognize what takes over, stay connected to yourself, and choose what happens next from a more secure place.

Coaching and therapy can both support meaningful change, but they are not the same service.

Jenn's coaching is forward-moving and application-focused. The work may explore how earlier experiences shaped your current relationship patterns, but the purpose is to help you recognize those patterns, strengthen self-trust, practice new responses, and make clearer decisions in your present life.

The Secure Woman and Jenn's other coaching services are not psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment for a mental health condition, crisis support, or a replacement for care from a licensed mental health professional.

Jenn's Master's degree in Counseling Psychology informs the depth and thoughtfulness of her approach, while the service itself remains coaching.

Each session is shaped around what is actually happening in your life.

You may bring a relationship dynamic, breakup, difficult conversation, boundary, decision, dating situation, conflict, or a moment where you can feel an old pattern beginning to take over.

Jenn helps you slow the pattern down, understand what is happening underneath it, and identify a response that is more secure, honest, and aligned with what you truly want.

You will not receive generic scripts for making another person choose you or behave differently. The work is about becoming clearer about your own responses, needs, choices, and whether the relationship in front of you is capable of meeting you.

Yes. You do not need to be in a relationship for the pattern to be active.

It can show up while dating, after a breakup, while deciding whether to date again, in the people you choose, in what you tolerate, and in how quickly uncertainty makes you chase, perform, withdraw, or question yourself.

Coaching can help you recognize the pattern before the next relationship asks you to, get clearer about the love you actually want, and become better able to identify relationships where choosing, effort, and care go both ways.

You can still do meaningful work even when your partner is not participating.

You can learn to recognize your own pattern, communicate more clearly, create cleaner boundaries, stop over-functioning for the relationship, and make decisions from a more secure place.

Changing your response does not guarantee another person will change theirs, choose the relationship, or become capable of giving what you want.

It does help you become clearer about what is yours to work on, what is not yours to carry, and whether the relationship is truly meeting you.

No.

Wanting to be chosen, loved, considered, committed to, and cherished is deeply human.

The problem is not the desire for love. The problem is what can happen when fear of losing love makes you abandon your own needs, truth, boundaries, or self-trust trying to secure it.

Jenn's work is not about becoming so independent that you no longer care whether someone chooses you. It is about becoming secure enough that you no longer have to disappear, perform, chase, control, or betray what you know in order to feel chosen.

Yes.

Much of Jenn's public-facing relationship work speaks directly to women, and The Secure Woman is specifically designed for women.

Jenn also works privately with men when the situation, goals, and fit are aligned. Individual private coaching is tailored to the person rather than built around a one-size-fits-all curriculum.

If you are not sure whether your situation fits, a Clarity Call is the best place to begin.

02

Staying in the Ring

Staying in the Ring is the larger body of work underneath Jenn's coaching, writing, couples work, retreats, and teaching.

Staying in the Ring is the practice of remaining connected to yourself when something important feels uncertain.

The old response might be chasing, withdrawing, performing, controlling, fixing, pleasing, shutting down, overthinking, or becoming so independent that you convince yourself you do not need what you actually want.

The goal is not to never feel activated. It is to notice what is happening without automatically letting the old pattern make the next decision.

You stay present long enough to hear what is true, know what you need, and choose what happens next.

No.

Staying in the ring does not mean remaining in every relationship, tolerating harmful behavior, or proving how committed you are by staying at all costs.

It means refusing to leave yourself while you discover what is true.

Sometimes that leads to rebuilding a relationship. Sometimes it means changing the way you participate in it. Sometimes it means recognizing that the love you want is not actually being offered there.

The practice is not about forcing a particular outcome. It is about becoming secure enough to meet what is actually there.

Understanding the pattern matters. But insight and change are not the same thing.

You may know exactly why you chase reassurance, shut down, over-function, choose unavailable partners, or become a version of yourself you barely recognize when love feels uncertain.

The deeper work happens in the moment the familiar response appears.

That is where you learn to stay connected to yourself long enough to choose something different instead of automatically trying to secure the relationship, escape the discomfort, or protect yourself from being hurt.

No.

Security is not becoming unaffected, detached, or completely self-sufficient.

You can still want closeness, affection, reassurance, commitment, and someone who makes their love clear.

The difference is that those desires no longer require you to abandon yourself, ignore what is happening, or work endlessly to earn what should be mutual.

Secure love allows both people to matter.

Relationships are often where the pattern becomes impossible to ignore, but the work rarely stays there.

The same strategies can show up in your boundaries, work, money, purpose, visibility, leadership, friendships, family, and the things you allow yourself to want or receive.

When you stop spending so much energy trying to secure love, approval, certainty, or belonging, that energy becomes available for the rest of your life.

That is part of what Jenn means when she says secure love can become a secure life.

One Body of Work

Different people need different ways to enter it.

The Secure Woman, individual private coaching, couples coaching, and retreats are different containers for the same deeper work. You do not need to figure out the right one before reaching out.

Ways to Work Together

The right path depends on who you are, what is happening now, what you want instead, and the level of support the situation calls for.

The Secure Woman is Jenn's signature private coaching experience for women who understand the pattern but still find themselves losing themselves when love becomes uncertain.

Private Coaching offers highly individualized support for women or men whose situation calls for a more personalized container.

Couples Coaching is private work for couples ready to understand the pattern happening between them and build a more secure way of communicating, repairing, and choosing each other.

Retreats are immersive experiences for women who want to step outside the noise of daily life, reconnect with themselves, and deepen the work in person.

You can see all current options on the Work With Me page.

The Secure Woman is Jenn's twelve-week private coaching experience for women who understand the pattern intellectually but still find themselves inside it when love becomes uncertain.

The work helps you get clear on the relationship you actually want, identify the patterns and beliefs that keep pulling you away from it, and begin responding differently when those patterns show up in real life.

The goal is not to teach you how to make someone choose you.

It is to help you stop abandoning yourself trying to secure love and become more available for relationships where love, effort, honesty, and choosing can go both ways.

Explore The Secure Woman

The Secure Woman is Jenn's signature twelve-week private experience specifically for women.

Other private coaching is available selectively when the person, situation, or goals call for a more individualized structure.

That may include a woman or man moving through a breakup, relationship transition, recurring attachment pattern, identity shift, or another season where personalized support makes more sense than The Secure Woman experience.

A Clarity Call is the best way to determine which path, if any, fits what you need.

Couples coaching focuses on the pattern happening between two people rather than deciding which person is the problem.

Together, you look at what happens when connection feels threatened, what each partner tends to do inside that pattern, and how both people can begin responding differently.

The goal is to create a relationship where both people can remain present, tell the truth, repair more effectively, and choose each other without one person carrying the entire emotional weight of the relationship.

Both partners need to be willing to participate honestly and examine their own role in the dynamic.

Explore Couples Coaching

The structure depends on the way you are working with Jenn.

The Secure Woman is a twelve-week private coaching experience. That length creates enough time to move beyond insight and work with the pattern as it appears in real situations.

Other private coaching arrangements may be structured differently depending on the person, situation, and work.

Couples coaching and retreat experiences also have their own structures.

Yes. The Secure Woman includes Voxer support between your private sessions.

That matters because the pattern rarely waits until your next appointment.

A text goes unanswered. Someone pulls away. You feel the urge to chase, shut down, over-explain, or make a decision from fear.

Real-time support allows those moments to become part of the work rather than something you only analyze afterward.

Current investment and payment options are discussed when you are exploring the specific offer that fits your situation.

The purpose of the Clarity Call is to understand what is happening, determine whether Jenn's work is an appropriate fit, and talk clearly about the relevant next step, including the financial commitment.

You are welcome to ask direct questions about investment, payment options, timing, access, and expectations before deciding whether to move forward.

The call is a real conversation about where you are, what keeps repeating, what you want instead, and whether Jenn's work is the right fit.

Jenn will ask questions, listen for the pattern underneath what is happening, and help you get clearer about what may need to change.

If there is a fit, the conversation will also include the appropriate way to work together, timing, investment, and what beginning would look like.

So yes, it is also a sales conversation if coaching appears to be the right next step.

If Jenn does not believe her work is the right fit, she will tell you that too.

You do not need to have everything figured out before beginning.

Readiness usually looks less like certainty and more like recognizing that the same pattern has had enough influence over your relationships or life.

You are willing to look honestly at your own responses, take responsibility for what belongs to you, practice something different, and stop letting another person's choices determine whether you abandon your own.

You can still want the relationship. You can still want to be chosen. You can still hope.

Readiness means you are willing to stop sacrificing yourself trying to guarantee the outcome.

01

How Coaching Works

Jenn's work is private, personalized, and focused on helping you recognize the pattern, remain connected to yourself, and practice new responses in your actual life.

Coaching and therapy can both support meaningful change, but they are not the same service.

Jenn's coaching is forward-moving and application-focused. The work may explore how earlier experiences shaped your current relationship patterns, but the purpose is to help you recognize those patterns, build self-trust, practice new relational responses, and make clearer decisions in your present life.

Each session is shaped around what is happening in your life now. You may explore a current relationship dynamic, an attachment response, a boundary, a difficult conversation, a decision, or a place where you notice yourself leaving your own needs and truth behind.

Jenn helps you slow the pattern down, understand what is driving it, and identify a response that is more secure, honest, and aligned with who you want to become.

You will not receive generic advice or a script designed to control another person. The work is specific to your history, your nervous system, your relationships, and your goals.

Yes. This work is not only for women who are currently in a relationship.

Attachment patterns can appear while dating, after a breakup, while preparing to date again, or in the beliefs and behaviors that shape whom you choose and what you tolerate.

Coaching can help you understand those patterns, strengthen self-trust, clarify your standards, and approach future relationships without performing, chasing, withdrawing, or abandoning yourself.

You can still do meaningful work even when your partner is not participating.

Coaching can help you communicate more clearly, regulate your own responses, recognize where you are over-functioning, create cleaner boundaries, and make decisions from a more secure place.

Your growth may influence the relationship dynamic, but the goal is not to guarantee a particular response from your partner. It is to help you remain connected to yourself regardless of what another person chooses.

When both partners want support, Jenn also offers private couples coaching .

Yes. Patterns such as people-pleasing, over-functioning, emotional caretaking, avoidance, difficulty receiving, and fear of disappointing others can appear across romantic relationships, friendships, family relationships, and work.

Although many clients first seek support because of romantic love, the deeper work often strengthens the way they relate to themselves and others across several areas of life.

No. Jenn's role is not to make the decision for you.

The work helps you separate fear from truth, identify what the relationship is showing you, understand your needs and boundaries, and make a decision without abandoning yourself.

Staying in the Ring™ does not automatically mean staying in the relationship. It means staying connected to yourself while you face what is true.

02

Staying in the Ring™

Staying in the Ring™ is the philosophy beneath Jenn's work. It is not about preserving every relationship. It is about learning to remain connected to yourself through uncertainty, truth, rupture, desire, and change.

Staying in the Ring™ means remaining connected to yourself when love, belonging, identity, or certainty feels threatened.

Instead of chasing, performing, withdrawing, controlling, or disappearing inside another person's needs, you learn to stay present with your own body, truth, voice, and choices.

Sometimes that creates a healthier way of staying in a relationship. Sometimes it creates the clarity to change or leave one. The philosophy does not prescribe the outcome. It changes the place from which you decide.

These three ideas describe the broader transformation Jenn helps clients move through.

Secure Love Recognizing attachment patterns, building emotional safety, communicating more clearly, and staying connected to yourself inside relationships.
Secure Life Applying self-trust, boundaries, identity, and greater capacity to the rest of your life—not only romantic love.
Secure Power Making decisions, using your voice, and leading your life without requiring another person's approval to know you are okay.

These are not rigid stages or guaranteed timelines. They are a way of understanding how security in relationships can expand into identity, purpose, leadership, and daily life.

The Secure Woman is Jenn's flagship twelve-week private coaching experience for women who are ready to address recurring relationship patterns at a deeper level.

The program includes weekly private coaching sessions and a personalized process shaped around your attachment patterns, nervous system responses, identity, relationships, and goals.

No. You do not need to arrive with a label or a detailed understanding of attachment theory.

Part of the work is identifying the strategies you use when connection feels uncertain and understanding what those strategies are trying to protect.

The focus is not placing you in a permanent category. It is helping you notice the pattern and develop a more secure way of responding.

No. Some clients begin because a relationship feels urgent or painful. Others begin because they recognize a recurring pattern, want to strengthen an existing relationship, or are ready to become more honest and secure before the next chapter of their life.

You do not need to wait for a crisis to work on self-trust, boundaries, communication, discernment, or emotional security.

03

Getting Started

The first step is not making a commitment. It is understanding which level of support fits what you are navigating now.

Every client, relationship, and pattern is different, so Jenn does not promise a fixed timeline or a particular outcome.

Some clients notice greater awareness or emotional steadiness early in the process. Deeper changes in behavior, identity, communication, and self-trust usually require consistent attention and practice.

The twelve-week structure creates enough time to move beyond insight and begin applying the work in real situations.

The right option depends on the depth of support you need and whether you are seeking individual or couples work.

The Secure Love Reset A self-paced entry point for women who want to begin interrupting self-abandonment and anxious relationship patterns on their own.
The Secure Woman Jenn's twelve-week private coaching experience for women ready for personalized support with attachment, nervous system responses, identity, relationships, and self-trust.
Private Couples Coaching Private support for couples who both want to understand the pattern between them, communicate more honestly, and decide how to move forward with greater clarity.

Choose the Secure Love Reset when you want a private, self-directed place to begin.

Consider The Secure Woman when the pattern is recurring, affecting important decisions or relationships, and you want twelve weeks of direct, personalized support with Jenn.

Consider private couples coaching when both partners want to participate in the work together.

When you are unsure, schedule a consultation. The purpose of the call is to understand what you need and determine whether one of Jenn's offers is an appropriate fit.

The consultation is a focused conversation about what is happening, what you have already tried, what you want to change, and what kind of support may be appropriate.

Jenn will answer your questions, explain the relevant offer, and tell you honestly whether she believes the work is a good fit.

There is no pressure to commit on the call. The purpose is clarity, not convincing.

The investment and enrollment details for private coaching are discussed during the consultation after Jenn has learned more about your situation and confirmed whether the service appears to be an appropriate fit.

No. Jenn's coaching is offered virtually, allowing clients to participate from different locations.

Availability and service eligibility can be discussed during the consultation.

Not every person or situation is best served by coaching.

If Jenn believes you need a different type of support, a different level of care, or a service outside her scope, she will tell you directly rather than encourage you to enroll.

The consultation is designed to protect the fit on both sides.

Your Next Step

You do not need every answer before the conversation begins.
