You Have Questions
Let's Clear
Everything Up.
Before you decide if this work is right for you, you deserve honest answers. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how coaching works, what to expect, and whether this is your next right step.
01
How Coaching Works
My approach draws on both. With a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, I use a hybrid approach that addresses both the root causes of relationship patterns — past traumas, deep-seated beliefs — and forward-focused, solution-oriented strategies.
We'll explore unresolved issues from your past to understand how they shape your relationships today. From there, we move into actionable coaching: practical tools for communication, attachment healing, and genuine self-connection. This combination helps you grow beyond old patterns while moving purposefully toward the love and life you want.
Each session is collaborative and specific to where you are right now. We'll explore aspects of your relationships, attachment style, or identity — working through a current challenge, building communication skills, or deepening self-understanding.
Sessions are a safe, judgment-free space where you can be fully open and honest. You won't leave with generic advice. You'll leave with insight and tools that are specific to you.
Absolutely. This work isn't about fixing a relationship — it's about becoming someone who can hold one. By understanding your attachment style, healing from past patterns, and building genuine self-trust, you're creating the conditions for secure love to actually land.
Many clients who come in single leave having attracted a partner who is genuinely aligned with who they are — not who they were performing.
Your personal growth creates a ripple effect — even if your partner isn't in the room. As you learn to communicate differently, set cleaner boundaries, and show up from a more secure place, the dynamic between you naturally begins to shift.
Many clients find that by doing their own work, they influence their relationship in ways they never expected — sometimes inspiring their partner to grow alongside them.
Yes — attachment patterns don't stay in one relationship. The same wounds that show up in romantic partnerships show up with parents, siblings, and close friends. As you do this work, most clients find their relationships across the board begin to shift.

The Wolfe Method™
The Wolfe Method™ is the proprietary framework at the heart of all my work. It guides you through a full identity evolution — from fear-based love to embodied security — across three phases:
Every client enters at a different place — but the destination is always the same: from performing for love to becoming the one who is naturally chosen.
Chosen is Jenn's signature group coaching program — built on The Wolfe Method™ and designed to take you through the full three-phase journey in a community container.
It's the same framework used in private coaching, now available at a group level — with live weekly sessions, The Wolfe Method™ curriculum, community support, and Jenn's direct guidance throughout. Enrollment is opening soon. Join the waitlist at jenniferwolfeinc.com/chosen.
Not knowing is the perfect place to start. Uncovering your attachment style and understanding how it shapes your relationships is part of the journey — not a prerequisite for it.
Whether you're entirely new to these concepts or have been exploring them for years, we'll start exactly where you are and build from there.
Coaching isn't only for crisis. Many clients come because they want to understand themselves more deeply, strengthen a relationship that's already good, or step into a version of themselves they can feel but can't quite reach yet.
You don't need to be broken to benefit from this work. You just need to be ready for more.

Getting Started
Transformation happens in phases, not fixed timelines. Most clients begin to notice real shifts in awareness, communication, and emotional regulation within the first few sessions.
Deeper identity and relationship changes typically unfold over several months of consistent work — which is why the private coaching container is structured as a three-month commitment. Most clients feel meaningful shifts within the first four to six weeks, and by the end the change is identity-deep.
There are several ways to work together depending on where you are and what you need:
A good rule of thumb: if you're in acute spiral mode, start with the Secure Love Reset. If you're ready for real identity-level work in a community setting, Chosen is your next step. If you want the deepest, most personalized transformation available, private coaching is where that happens. And if both partners are ready to change together, the Couples Intensive is built for that.
If you're unsure, book a clarity call. My role is to guide you into the container that best supports where you are right now — not to upsell you into something bigger than you need.
Not at all. All coaching is held virtually and clients join from across the US, UK, Europe, and beyond. What matters is your readiness, not your zip code.
Still Have Questions?
The best way to know
is to have a conversation.
A consultation is a real conversation- about where you are, where you want to be, and whether this work is the right next step for you right now.
One conversation will give you more clarity than you've had in months.
