I am a Spiritual Director and Life Transformation Coach, and I have spent over a decade walking with people through grief, anxiety, loss, and all the messy in-between. That is my lane, and I love it.
My own story is what got me here. For years, anxiety, depression, and ADHD ran the show. By the grace of God, I found another way forward. I have been sober almost sixteen years now, and I am living proof that real hope exists on the other side of broken.
I host the A Holy Mess podcast, where I talk honestly about faith, mental health, and the hard things most people will not say out loud. I built this certification because it is the thing I wish had existed when I was finding my own way.
